Shopping at Nordstrom Rack, Market St To increase corporate presence and businesses in downtown and the financial district of San Francisco, all employee lunches should be 2 hours as long as employees patronize restaurants and retail shops both local and natiional chains for at least 45 minutes while working downtown or in the financial district. Yes, sometimes it takes a full hour to finish shopping with lines being so long in practically every store during the lunch hour. Lunch, too, can take up an entire hour just waiting to be fed. So where would the City get all this money to pay for this...well, we'll have raise taxes and tax the richest people more or increase sales taxes. Just a thought.
