Food Lion's Half & Half vs Piggly Wiggly's Half & Half

Between Food Lion Pamplico Highway and Piggly Wiggly Cherokee Road in Florence, SC, which Half & Half is better and lasts longer?    Food Lion wins by  a mile.  H&H in FL even costs less than Pig’s smallest H&H. I have found Pig’s H&H to go bad within a week long before its supposedly expiration date. It makes me wonder if the date was correct in the first place.

The Pig is conveniently located across the street from where I live on South Coit Street at Indigo Pointe and not from the best Italian Restaurant in the Pee Dee called Da Massimo Ristorante Italian.  No matter the distance I rather bicycle a mile half and risk being run over than buy Pig's H&H across the street. It last longer.

Of note, Cherokee's Pig does have excellent customer service over Food Lion's icy one.   With this area and neighborhood growing with better people, esp. transplants from other places and different cultures, I suspect Pig's Cherokee by Timrod Park will do just fine in future as long the owners keep the place up-to-date.
