Somewhere Over the Rainbow

You can sense when change is occurring, whether it's within yourself or in the challenges you face. You can feel it either slipping through your fingers or pulling you deeper into an abyss.

Today, my feelings are unclear, or perhaps I'm not feeling anything at all. Yesterday's weather brought shifting winds, and this morning, while still breezy, lacks the thunderstorm and heavy rain from last night. During the storm, lightning struck the peaks of both the Empire State Building and the World Trade Center in the city.

Here in Peekskill, we were graced with a beautiful rainbow arching over the city.

It was a day of tranquility. I spent the majority of it alone, immersed in nature, which is incredibly fulfilling.
