When it rains in Golden Gate Park in autumn it is beautiful with the colors of the trees and the way they hang in morning mist. I am content getting drenched in the rain...
Some days in the park I linger longer by the sight of a Blue Craine and a herd of Bison and under the waterfall and at Portals of the Past I clear my head and smile... Street signs always make me think of David Lynch films like unforgettable "Blue Velvet" and the street sign of Lincoln which is featured prominently in the film's storyline and, of course, "Mulholland Drive." Both are two of my all-time favorite films....In Edge of Night, "Wonderland Lane" was a street sign featured and the entire street mysteriously disappeared for the show's last episode and murder of Alisha Van Dine who was stabbed in the back by her criminally insane brother Louis...Before she collasped, Alisha's last words to Detective Egan were "Off with her head..." |
